आपकी जानकारी का उपयोग
हम आपकी पहचान और सेवा देने के लिए नाम, mobile number, वैकल्पिक email/profile photo, राज्य-जिला, सदस्यता विवरण, वृक्ष फोटो, care updates और payment references सुरक्षित रखते हैं। Care PIN से login के लिए one-way hash रखा जाता है; सहायता और recovery के लिए उसकी अलग encrypted copy केवल अधिकृत coordinator को उपलब्ध होती है। Card, UPI PIN, CVV या bank credentials Razorpay के सुरक्षित Checkout में रहते हैं और GD Commons उन्हें प्राप्त या संग्रह नहीं करता। सार्वजनिक Tree Story में phone, email, Care PIN या निजी account जानकारी नहीं दिखाई जाती। सहायता, सुधार या अपने रिकॉर्ड से जुड़े अनुरोध के लिए ऊपर दिए contact पर लिखें।
सरल उपयोग शर्तें
सही नाम, contact और tree-care जानकारी दें; किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की पहचान या अनुचित, भ्रामक या अधिकार-विहीन सामग्री अपलोड न करें। एक वृक्ष के लिए Month 0 और Month 1–12 में एक-एक फोटो का रिकॉर्ड रखा जाता है। Paid membership में payment capture और membership activation अलग चरण हैं: Razorpay payment पुष्ट कर सकता है, जबकि Green Donor team सदस्यता सक्रिय करती है। तकनीकी रखरखाव के समय सेवा अस्थायी रूप से रुक सकती है, लेकिन सुरक्षित रिकॉर्ड को यथासंभव संरक्षित रखा जाएगा। इस सेवा का उपयोग इन शर्तों और लागू भारतीय कानून के अनुसार होना चाहिए।
Cancellation और refund
Membership activation से पहले cancellation या refund अनुरोध Application ID और Payment ID के साथ email/phone पर किया जा सकता है। Duplicate payment, गलत राशि या ऐसी तकनीकी charge जिसमें सेवा सक्रिय नहीं हुई, जाँच के बाद refund के लिए योग्य हो सकती है। Digital membership सक्रिय होने या संबंधित लाभ जारी होने के बाद refund सामान्यतः उपलब्ध नहीं होगा, सिवाय duplicate/technical charge या कानून द्वारा आवश्यक स्थिति के। स्वीकृत refund मूल payment method पर Razorpay के माध्यम से भेजा जाएगा; bank/Razorpay processing time अलग हो सकता है और स्थिति आपको बताई जाएगी।
यह एक digital service है
GD Commons membership, Green Donor ID, Tree Story, Celebration confirmation और certificates digital रूप में दिए जाते हैं; सामान्य membership के लिए कोई physical shipping नहीं है। आवेदन और payment receipt वेबसाइट/email में उपलब्ध होती है, membership coordinator activation के बाद दिखाई देती है, और certificates तय care milestones पूरे होने पर खुलते हैं। किसी Celebration में physical material हो तो उसकी जगह, समय और delivery/collection जानकारी उसी event description में अलग से दी जाएगी।
